About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

I was admitted to CTICU as an emergency, having suffered 3 cardiac arrests. I was kept in an induced coma for 11 days. I was told by my family that the staff in this unit were extremely professional and gave me the best care. I wasnt expected to survive but 7 weeks later, due to the care given to me in this unit I am home and doing relatively well.

My family was given all the information they wanted and had as much visiting time as they needed.

We are especially grateful to one member of staff who went above and beyond their normal duties for myself and my family, I was moved to Belgrave ward and this member of staff came to see me before every one of their shifts. We cannot thank them enough.

We would also like to thank everyone that looked after me, for their excellent care.
