About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

a dirty place with unhappy staff, no dignity for vulnerable patients, an ae unable to cope with demands, patient pain not managed, domestics that need retraining, unsafe environment (a patient fell in a locked toilet and staff unable to unlock the door) visitor toilets that stink of stale urine, staff unidentifiable no name badges worn or introductions made, no consent gained for tests or observations, a letter to pals is definately needed.....

I am so sorry to hear of your dreadful experience with us. Please feel free to contact me directly if you would like me to look into your concerns. I am on leave until Monday 6th June, but will pass on your comments to our ED Matron and Head of Nursing, plus the domestic services managers for them to make sure this does not happen again.

my email address is Sally.smith2@nhs.net.

Once again, please accept my apologies for your poor experience with us.

Sally
