"Cardiac Centre Staff - Brilliant"

I visited the cardiac centre this morning for an exercise tolerance test. I've been several times before and its always been a very good service but I feel compelled to leave a review this time such was my experience.

Firstly reception was as friendly and efficient as always. The three members of staff who done the test for me were brilliant. I didn't catch all of their names! They were so friendly and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. They explained everything and answered the questions I had really clearly. The whole thing was done professionally but with great spirit and I left with us all laughing about the fact I was going trampolining later today! They clearly have a fantastic working relationship and thoroughly enjoy their work which is so rare to see these days.

They are a credit to the hospital and to themselves and deserve some recognition. I hope these comments get passed on to them.
