This whole process is a waste of time.

So called 'care-coordinator' is impossible to get hold of and hasn't done any of the things they said they would, I would have been better off staying at home.

We are so sorry that you are having difficulties contacting your care coordinator and recognise how frustrating this is for you. We would like to explore this matter with you and see how we can resolve the situation.

Please ring Jennifer Tengur, the Oxford House Community Services Team Leader on 01279 464804 and she will either meet with you or discuss your concerns with you over the phone.
