"Appt and Operation Cancelled - no reason given!"

Up until now I had no problem with the treatment centre. However, in the last two months I have an appointment cancelled without being informed and now an operation has been cancelled as the consultant wants their diary cleared for that day - 4 days before my op!

How about the diaries of the people who have had to arrange cover at work and have people rearrange their diaries to come and collect patients who cannot drive home after?

So many people affected by one person's decision! Disgusted with this treatment and will seriously think about lodging a formal complaint!
