Was made to feel relaxed as soon as I entered the ward (believe me I wasn't relaxed before I entered)
I was visited by several members of the team who were all very pleasant, helpful and informative, they all made my operation a far better experience than I ever thought it would be, a brilliant team doing a brilliant job, thank you all very much.
