As an adult I've never been treated at WWL hospital and my first time is fast approaching and if the care and attention I receive as an out patient or inpatient is anything like I have received from the Appointments Centre I have no concerns at all!

I've been referred by my GP as an urgent and I rang and spoke to the receptionist in the appointments centre and all I can say is that they are an angel! They completely out me at ease, they were lovely, polite and friendly and took the time and effort to help me and I felt so much better for just having spoken to them.

I couldn't be more thankful that it was this receptionist that I spoke to on the day I phoned and if the rest of the staff are as helpful and caring as them I'm in for some fabulous treatment.
