(as the patient),

I recently went into the treatment centre for a procedure as a day patient and can honestly say I am so impressed with the treatment I received. The team who looked after me were absolutely fantastic and I was home by 12:30 that day. I think with all the negative press the hospitals get its about time more people thanked them for the good.
