"Rude rude rude"

So rude. From check in to seeing a consultant. Every single appointment I go to I have to go over my history. What's the point in notes if you don't read them. Every appointment the doctor has to go and get someone else and go through it all again - are they all that incompetent??? They don't discuss the procedure with you, just talk between themselves, I have severe anxiety and panic attacks with other illnesses and my carer wasn't allowed to stay with me in the waiting room when I was waiting to down for surgery. The clinic is always always running late - is this because they all go and see each other for 2nd opinions on every thing??? Sort it out. Worst clinic I've ever attended.
