The department at queen Margaret’s hospital is friendly, efficient, quiet atmosphere and patients never made to feel like they hold up staff in any way. Everything is carefully explained regarding treatment and consideration is always shown. Appointments all made without delay as are all follow ups. How to contact if any deterioration occurs is explained with care. Written communications are all excelled, bold font and easy to read. If all NHS departments could operate to this standard it would make a great difference to patients. I cannot recommend this example too strongly.
