"Brilliant service - Phlebotomy"

I visited the phlebotomy department today and must say, after reading some reviews on here, I was a little worried. However, my service was exceptional and the staff member was so helpful. I waited about 30 mins to be seen which I thought was pretty good. I've waited a lot longer at Trafford Hospital. There is no control over the wait, people need to remember this is a walk in service with no prediction on how many people will walk in. My staff member was courteous, helpful and I must say, they did my blood test pain free. The best I've ever had. They were very quick too.
