Response from Involvement Facilitator, NHS Leeds

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience on Ward 65 at St James's Hospital on the NHS Choices website.

I was pleased to learn you found the nursing staff friendly and the ward clean. However, I was sorry to learn that you felt the care given by the doctors was not delivered to the same degree; namely not respecting your privacy and providing conflicting advice regarding treatment.

We shall pass your comments on to the Patient Relations Manager at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

Thank you once again.
