Dr, the most organised un -dynamic Dr ever, always late (op to 1.5 hrs, no appologies.

Been waiting for blood test results for 3 months, secretary says they will ring me! tried 6 times, still waiting.

Less than useless!!!!

I am very sorry to read of the failings you have experienced.

We take patient comments seriously and if we receive further details we will investigate fully the circumstances described.

I have explored the situation based on the information provided and if we are made aware a consultant running substantially late for surgery or clinics due to unforeseen circumstances, the offer of another date is provided.

The secretaries have a system in which notes are saved awaiting specimen or blood results. Once received these are checked by the consultant and based on the findings, patients are informed of the outcome and any ongoing care required.

I have shared your comments with relevant staff as a reminder of the processes in place and the importance of swift responses.
