"The best of standards."

Recently I have had to attend the surgery regularly, with the Nurses and a GP. I was impressed with the manner these people presented themselves to me, affable, mannerly, gracious and motivated, leaving me at ease to discuss issues associated to the treatment and further concerns regarding Hospitals and other health issues. The opportunity to discuss delayed Hospital appointments was welcomed and they, not at my insistence, attempted to resolve these issues in my presence by telephone and/or with a forwarding of correspondence supportive of what I had stated. The care and application of the medical treatment that I received was simply first rate and I cannot find fault in its application. Professional!

I realise the frustration with the appointment method to see a GP and the delays that occur whilst waiting in reception but setting these aside the time that I have experienced with Nurses and GP's has always been of a high standard.

Finally, one person that has always impressed me is the receptionist. Who's professional demeanour never falters and who has the uncanny knack of knowing who you are without name being mentioned.
