"Impressed with Crosshouse A & E"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

I checked into the A & E department at 5. 00 pm complaining of chest pains (mild). Within 10 minutes I was in a bed connected to medical equipment and being examined by a doctor and nurses.

To cut a long story short I had no heart issues but remained overnight in the new facility.

I cannot praise the actions of all staff highly enough. They were attentive, courteous and above all professional in all they had to do.

I am vey pleased that you do not have a heart condition and that your care was so good. 'Attentive, courteous and above all professional' is truly a lovely accolade to the staff.
