About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Referred to Cardiology department by GP for episode of palpitations.

Was taken by Karen, who was extremely professional and had a lovely manner.

Karen made me feel at ease and explained everything to me.

There was another young girl member of staff called, Gemma who was also extremely friendly and professional.

All the staff I could see seemed extremely friendly in a department, where I am sure a lot of patients feel anxious, and made to feel a bit more at ease. Well done Cardiology Department.
