if u want to try for a baby through ivf dont come to this hospital its all glitter but no gold , doctors are there to help n listen to you till your payment day asa u pay they dusappear n mid wives n trainee are there to make decision and never give you straight answers dont waste your money time and emotions here im telling you after having 3 unsuccessful cycles here plz plz plz dont even try this hospital for ngs funded cycle it was good when it opened in 2012 but afterwards these days their whole energys are towards their other unit in cheshire

We are so sorry that you feel the way you do. It's certainly wasn't our intention to make you so unhappy with our service. Your Consultant is there at all your consultations but not necessarily for your treatment which is coordinated by our highly experienced nurses. If there is a problem during your treatment, however, they will always speak to the Consultant about you, and you can see him if you ask.

If you wish, one of our senior consultants would be happy to speak to you in his clinic about your treatment so far and see if we can make things better for you. If you do wish to arrange this please contact the Hewitt Centre.
