Currently complaining so will avoid specific details, but we are very dissatisfied with:
Maintenance and communication of medical records
Ward management
Clinical supervision
Care planning and monitoring
Feedback on progress of care plans
Continuity of care and communication/handover amongst care teams
Communication with patient and carers
Medicines management and safety
Delegation of tasks to non-clinical staff, eg taking blood samples
Understanding of needs of elderly patients with multiple health conditions
Appropriateness of language and attitudes of some nursing, care-assistant and ancillary staff
Responsiveness to concerns and complaints
Etc
