basic customer care.
the staff training program should be re written and started from basics, THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST. NO CUSTOMER, NO JOB, NO WAGES, NO FUN, NO FOOD.
It's an easy task to forget the patient and their visitors, But without them their would not be a job.
1. TALK TO THE CUSTOMER
2, LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER.
3, ACT ON WHAT THE CUSTOMER NEEDS.
3 SIMPLE RULES THAT WORK WONDERS.
Anything else?
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
UNDERSTAND THAT SELF PROPELLED WHEEL CHAIRS ARE ONLY USABLE ON FLAT GROUND.
NOT UP A SLOPE AS THE MAIN ENTRANCE IS.
IT MAY LOOK IMPRESSIVE BUT JUST TRY
HAVING TO PARK , GET INTO A WHEELCHAIR AND THEN TRY TO SELF PROPEL YOUR SELF UP THAT BIG HILL YOU CALL THE MAIN ENTRANCE.
