What I liked

We had to take our elderly mother to A&E following a fall down a flight of stairs. The medical staff were working hard and we have only praise for their work. However, the A&E waiting area was absolutely filthy, a total disgrace. There was even a used incontinence pad on the floor that staff kept walking past without doing anything about it. No wonder our hospitals are ridden with superbugs and disease.

The CEO and management should be ashamed of these conditions.
