Last November I posted this review explaining that my appointments were always cancelled and sometimes I never even knew they existed: http://www.nhs.uk/Services/hospitals/ReviewsAndRatings/DefaultView.aspx?id=RWH01&spid=89839&feedbackID=1065935

5 months later it has happened again... I have just received a cancellation for an appointment that I never knew existed. These appointments are so important, diabetic medications need very regular review. Please could you try hard to make sure that all patients are informed when an appointment is made for them. It may just be a problem in endocrinology or may be more widespread. Thanks very very much.
