What I liked
Right from the time the ambulance took me into A&E to the moment I left; staff treated me like a human being and were at no time "robotic", but rather genuine and caring. They have my thanks!
What could be improved
The treatment of patients with mental health issues (in addition to what they have been admitted for) on different wards would allow a greater chance for sleep.
