"nothing ,the staff were more interseted ..."

About: Solihull Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

nothing ,the staff were more interseted in arguingg with doctors and discussing their private life,i was rushed in with suspected heart attack and very high blood pressure,it took 4 hours to be seeen by doc them went on a ward with 5 elderly ladies ,that had been left wet u could smell urine in the air during the night one lady was told off for wetting her pad and not going to the toilet.my nurse call did not work i waited 5 hrs to go to loo after i disconected my drip ..

What could be improved

everything could have been better ,bring back matron and see nursing levels change ....

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to look into this further and would like to ask you to contact our PALS team on 0121 424 2000 with ward details, staff names (if you have them) so follow up with the senior team.
