"Worst Hospital I've been to in London"

About: University Hospital Lewisham

I personally had a bad experience with this hospital. They're extremely unorganised with terrible communication skills. I've waited over two years for a needed operation which required funding or I had the option to pay for a private clinic. I called the hospital countlessly for news on my operation and continuously no one knew anything on details. The hospital's ENT department has stressed and annoyed me to the point that I've booked a consultation with an experienced private clinic.

I am very sorry to learn of this stressful experience. I am aware of both the communication challenges and organisational elements within this team which require review and improvement.
