Staff: communication very poor
staff: very unapproachable
Confidentiality: patients care discussed within the ward. I was able to hear that a patient had a keysafe and where she lived.
My family member was left in a wet pad for hour.
Staff nurse very aggressive and unapproachable
Staff need to be retrained in all areas
