"Ambulance staff"

i had to take my elderly father to A&E today, when we got there we found the A&E department had been moved, my father was really poorly and could hardly walk, there was two ambulances waiting to go on calls i shouted over to ask them the directions for the new A&E one of the ambulance drivers came to help us, they got us a wheel chair for dad and when they saw me and my mam couldn't manage to push him they pushed dad all the way to the A&E department, without this help from your ambulance staff i don't know how we would have got my dad the help he need today.
