(as a parent/guardian),

Took my son in with severe pain in neck, ear and jaw. The staff that dealt with us were lovely. The problem was a guy came in smearing blood all over the door, seat and floor. He was taken straight in to get covered up and brought back out to wait his turn that was great. The blood however was just left and was still there an hour later when we were leaving which is when I accidentally put my hand in a puddle of it I hadn't previously seen.
