I visited A&E on Good Friday with a suspected broken bone in my foot. I had been triaged, seen by a doctor, X-rayed and plastered within 90 minutes of booking in. I could not fault anything about the service I received and not having been to A&E for over 30 years I was expecting the worst. Instead I was so impressed by the service I received. My fracture clinic appointment has been booked within the next week.
Outstanding.
