"never see patience on time off appointment kept..."

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

my wife as been back wards and forwards for the last two years been poked prodded operetated on and been in so many departments has for blood tests she as had so many seems the head off the hospital must be a vampire

every time we have not been seen on time

last visit ultra sound I stood at the desk to book my wife in and all I got was will be with you soon and the two receptionist just carried on talking

my wife was told to keep drinking water till her bladder was full then get told after she was bursting you can go to the toilet when she got into the ultra sound room the nurse could not get the computer working and was this is because you are booked into another room

as she cannot walk she was told a porter would take her back to the main entrance and the porter was on their way 30 mins later no porter and was told there are no wheelchairs available so struggling with by wife back to the main entrance we seen wheel chairs parked up

no wonder this hospital is the worst
