My husband has

PPMS and, although there are no drug treatments as yet for this type, he decided he wanted to get 'back into the system', having not visited consultants for over 5 yrs. We saw a new registrar who was fabulous. They explained the situation to date about possible treatments and gave my husband a full 'MOT' with neuro tests . They listened and wasn't judgmental . This doctor knew their stuff and we are confident that they will follow up the points raised. NHS at its best ... and from one of those 'junior doctors' we hear so much about in the news!
