The initial consultations and pre-operation procedures were excellent, timely and carried out by very efficient staff.

The operation was likewise efficient the only drawback was the staff did not know I was there until the Anesthetist came

The post operation was a bit haphazard the nursing staff appeared to be lacking in knowledge or unsure of what to do. I was left overnight in a blood soaked bed and no informed several times of the discharge procedure
