"Really good experience"

Went to blaydon walk in centre tonight expecting to wait for ages nd be told it's viral go home..!! Well I was wrong.. After about 15/20 minutes I was seen by the nurse who was lovely and took all my details and done my obs.. Then back in waiting room but only for about 10/15 mins then the doctor came for me.. And what a lovely doctor bless they took time to ask questions and they actually listened to my answers.. They introduced them self and after they sorted my problems and gave me some sympathy and a prescription they began having a conversation with my 4yr old daughter (who is usually so shy) but they spoke to each other for a good 5mins and even high fived.! How nice I left the walk in feeling really happy not just for my experience but just how nice people can be and how something so small can mean so much.. I think we are probably too quick to judge and only complain and it only takes 5 minutes to say thankyou and show our appreciation..
