"Antenatal clinic"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary / Maternity

(as the patient),

I find that none of the midwifery assistants introduce themselves. They treat you a bit like a factory production line there. The receptionist has always been lovely.

It's such a small thing to introduce yourself... But makes such a difference.

I have even mentioned it to a staff member who got very hostile with me and then after seeing her again today ( she'd obviously forgotten we'd met) once again didn't introduce herself.

I just find it rude to be honest.
