"45 minutes waiting"

I was kept waiting for over 45 minutes from my allocated time slot.This is not the first time this has happened , where previously I was notified of delays.It would have thoughtfull to have notified me of delay upon booking in.This would have enabled me to notifie my driver ,instead of keeping him waiting.The other obvious thing would be to allow more time for each consultation.
