My wife was due to go into heartlands in march 2016 for an operation on her lung, the Wednesday prior to that she had a phone call asking if she could attend a day early due to a cancellation, we turned up at 7. 30am as arranged. Throughout the morning upto the time of her operation we were kept well informed. After her operation the nursing staff were fantastic they never stop and nothing is too much trouble for them. Anyway what I'm trying to say is heartland staff you did a fantastic job a big big thankyou
