About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

I attended the hospital on 18th March for a template biopsy.

From the reception staff right through to the nurses and surgeon I was treated with respect.

Each member of staff clearly explained what I should expect to happen and offered reassurance every step of the way so that I was not left wondering.

The procedure went was completed on time and I was discharged without any complications.

I received appropriate information on the care I needed to take at home and the staff ensured I had means to return home.

I would like to thank all the staff involved and the management team on the excellent service I received. I could not have asked for more.
