I came to Royal Stoke neurology department after being referred by my GP. I arrived half an hour early for my appointment as I know hospitals can be busy. We checked in at the screens in the reception and was pointed upstairs to the correct ward. Then we waited about 1 minute before being called by the nurse to have bp checked and height and weight then was lead round the corner to another waiting room where I was expecting to wait at least an hour. Within about 3 minutes the consultant came round and called my name!! This consultant was so kind and polite they did all the relevant checks and has referred me on to the relevant departments. Well done to Stoke!! So so organised! Was in and out before my appointment time!!! Absolutely impressed with all staff there, took care of me and really listened to my concerns. Thank you!! huge huge thanks to all members of the nhs, you are the pillars of our national community and should be proud of the service you provide!!
"Absolutely amazing."
