What I liked

Clean department (casualty) friendly staff.

What could be improved

I was seen regarding my shoulder and was in terrible pain.

I was discharged after it was found that I had just pulled muscles iin my shoulder area.

Still in awful pain a week later I received a call asking me to attend an appointment with a doctor at casualty. When I arrived I was informed that I had actually fractured my shoulder in 3 places and that an appointment would be made to see a consultant!! and that this had been missed when I was intially seen.
