"Helpful, kind X-ray Receptionist and team"

Thnak youu to the X-ray team who were working a packed clinic, and in particular to the receptionist. It is not often that I am dealt with so kindly and professionally. The standard of care on my visist was every bit as good as the NHS aims to be. This team went beyond basic duty to be helful and compassionate, not using the pressure of work as a reason not to be caring. I really appreciate it.
