"Disgusting treatment."

About: Cumberland Infirmary

If a complaint is made regarding treatment or lack of (by another healthcare provider) they will become defensive. Previously kept in a dirty room in the hospital (previous patients blood trails on floor and blood soaked underwear stashed in bathrooms). Unable to give advice when needed. Will be making official complaints due to the stress caused by staff and possibly taking higher than the hospital itself if no formal apology is made.
