"Endoscopy Unit - made to feel at ease"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

I attended the Endoscopy unit today for a colonoscopy. I was very nervous about having this procedure but all the staff made me feel at ease all the way through the stay. Everything was explained to me clearly and time was made for me to ask questions. Thank you
