I went to this clinic for an acne treatment and was shocked to see how dirty the clinic was. There was mould on the ceiling even. Before I met with the healthcare practitioner I had to pay for the consultation in advance over the telephone. I found this very insulting - I couldn't even pay in cash before my appointment, I had to pay over the phone! The 'doctor' I saw while kind was more a salesperson than a healthcare practitioner. Everything cost money - they even charge £0.25 for a text message reminder of your next appointment. In the end I was quoted £11,000 for my treatment so I didn't go through with it. Why? Because I got a second opinion from another clinic which quoted £170. This clinic has no consistency in what they do, they just charge what they think they can get away with, and I had very little confidence in the 'doctor' to even know how to treat me. The doctor even asked me - the patient without the medical degree! - which setting of the laser I'd like before I gor a quote. That was enough for me to decide this place was useless... I have no idea how to treat my skin condition so I want someone to help me who does have an idea.
