"G3 ward and Prof and staff"

About: Southampton General Hospital

The Prof and some of the nursing staff during our stay on G3 ward were rude, intimidating, uncaring far from 'nursing' and left me so upset that I left the hospital sobbing and my husband spent the night with our baby as the prof had yelled at me in front of the whole ward and the nurses were just plain nasty. It has been the only night I have spent away from my baby since having her.

The prof is rude, arrogant and not at all approachable. We suffered/tolerated this as we believed this surgeon was the best but we have since learned this is not so and have decided to seek a different and hopefully better treatment from a surgeon who can give our child a better standard of care.
