"Extremely Disappointing"

Endlessly chasing up the secretaries as they are *impossible* to get a hold of. Neither phones are ever responsive and don't bother leaving a message as it will never be returned.

Even when they promise that they will follow through with a request (even something as simple as booking an appointment and getting a prescription) it is never fulfilled. After finally obtaining an appointment yourself (after waiting 4 months), you will eventually wait an hour to actually be seen as they always overrun by at least 30 minutes.

Something needs to change as this has not only hindered by treatment greatly, but i'm sure many others too.
