I was admitted to Treliske with a suspected series of TIA's (mini-strokes).
During my stay I encountered the most arrogant and unprofessional neurologist imaginable. This person was rude, ill-prepared for his 'consultation' (which was held on an open ward with no privacy) and totally disregarded any matters that I raised.
He made disparaging comments about me for daring to question his views about another agency in Cornwall (well known for 'failing' it's patients), failed to ascertain what steps I had taken of my own volition to address matters, then stomped off in a tantrum, failing to properly conclude his consultation.
This man breached my confidentiality more than once and possibly misdiagnosed me (other tests on-going at another hospital). Personally, I will never engage with this organisation again.
