"Horrendous!"

The only surgery which turns away an extremely unwell 2 year old!

I rang at 8am, it was constantly engaged. I decided to drive down to the surgery, at 8:10am they had no appointments. Refused to see my son although they could see how unwell he is. Advised me to to wait until after six then ring 111! Just a joke!

Anytime you ring for an appointment, you can sit waiting to get through up to an hour.

The receptionists are extremely rude and judgmental! Who has given them the right to tell me i'm not a good mother because I have no choice but to go to work and leave my unwell child with his grandma! He was with his gran, not on the street! Disgusting!

On one day in the week they have a sit and wait system. So if you have a job you will not get an appointment on this day because you have to sit in their waiting room and wait to be seen! i'm afraid my manager is not that understanding.

The staff are extremely patronising. Yes i have brown skin, but I am fluent in English! I don't need you to speak loudly and mouth every single word to me!

You put in a complaint, but they will not take any responsibility. Apparently their staff can do no wrong!

Steer clear!

If you value your health stay well away!

I am so glad I have managed to get registered with another surgery where I am valued and respected.
