About: Colchester General Hospital

I attended the ante-natal ultrasound department yesterday and had a very awful experience. Prior to this

appointment I've always been treated with respect and dignity with all my appointments in Colchester General Hospital. However, the sonographer that attended to me yesterday was very rude and derogatory in their approach of care provision. Given that the procedure is quite invasive for a pregnant woman, a bit of respect and dignity would go a long way to provide re-assurance.

I intend to lodge a complain as this particular experience left me quite distressed.
