What I liked

I want to commend a member of your staff. They carried out a Dexa scan on me today. This person made me feel valued as a patient, they were informative about the procedure, kind, considerate and clearly knew what they were talking about and was so professional . I've had a lot of contact over the years with the NHS and I want you to know that this person is an absolute diamond. If they ever wants to change from her current position, I think you should encourage them to train others. They were that good. God bless them. Please pass my thanks and admiration to them.

What could be improved

Only the parking but I know that it's all in hand.

The person on the help desk in outpatients saw a big queue forming and so came out and filtered the patients to this and that direction. What a good idea. I think they are volunteers, most are elderly and yet they put themselves in harms way with awful things like the Norvirus etc. God bless them too.
