I had the misfortune to visit the urgent care department where the reception staff were rude and sarcastic. Even the nurse had a bad attitude. I was in extreme pain and looking for some help but was told to go away and see my GP. Please, if you are unhappy in your job dont take it out on vulnerable sick people just looking for some help.
