"A referal from my drs surgery after an appointment"

About: Roseberry Park Hospital

(as the patient),

I was referred to The Roseberry by my dr after an appointment which he thought was serious enough to need professional help in this specific area. I had been referred to the same hospital a year earlier, and was very wary as my experience with the staff was less than professional. So much so. I had complained to there supervisor/manager due to lack of the promised after care at the end of the line. Although the after care was a little better this time. I am now, with my local gp still awaiting the requested paperwork almost three months down the line. Once again I find myself the patient doing the job of the staff. Not impressed and no faith in this facility.

Update posted by Feeling worthless (the patient)

Thank you for your prompt reply nurse Aspel. I'm afraid I'm now tired of discussing the matter. I have already spoken to seniors in the past about it by phone. I was promised an improvement, only to experience the same, if not worse experience next time. I have now lost faith in the service and after discussing it with my GP, have decided to go private in order to get the appropriate care.
